RAVIOLI WITH NAPOLITANA SAUCE

Ingredients (Serves 4)-Ravioli with Napolitana Sauce:


  • 1 kg Ravioli (Flavour of your choice) – Just Pasta Australia

  • 2 x 500g Napolitana Sauce  – Just Pasta Australia

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)


Instructions:


1. Cook the Ravioli. No need to thaw – cook straight from frozen!

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.

  • Gently add the frozen ravioli to the pot.

  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  • Cook for 6–7 minutes or until the ravioli rise to the surface and are al dente.

  • Drain well.


2. Heat the Sauce

  • Pour the Napolitana sauce into a pot or microwave-safe container.

  • Heat on the stove or microwave for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is hot and bubbling.


3. Combine & Serve

  • Gently toss the cooked ravioli through the hot sauce until well-coated.

  • Plate and garnish with freshly grated Parmesan.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
