Fresh and Cooked Pasta Order Lead Times

To manage your expectations. Our lead time cut-off is 10 am the day before your expected order delivery date. We understand that receiving your order promptly is of the utmost importance to you, and we want to ensure that you know of any potential delays that may impact your delivery. Our team is working hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please remember your delivery days; for example: if you get deliveries Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will need to organize orders to ensure delivery for the respective days; otherwise, we will deliver on your next delivery day.

Monthly special applies from the month's first day until the month's last day. (does not run more than the month allocated) All products are available to customers until stock last. You need to purchase a box of the product to receive this special price. (Packaging/box description is available on the packaging page). Special only includes some current discounts you receive.

JUST PASTA AUSTRALIA online aims to include up-to-date pictures of the
products, accurate ingredients, and other information in the product list. However, product detail may
change occasionally, and there may be a delay in making updates. When precise
information is important, we recommend reading the label on the products you
purchase.

Return Policy

Sales are final due to the products being perishable. Just Pasta Australia will not refund or exchange based on the customer changing their mind or making the wrong decision. It should be noted that we deliver between 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday to Friday and will confirm the customer's pick-up day and time with the customer (email or text). Delivery may take up to 3 business days. Pick-up service is available Monday to Friday between 8:30 am until 2.00 pm. The customer's pick-up day and time will be confirmed with the customer (email or text). Just Pasta Australia will replace any item(s) based on damaged or spoiled product during transit. To ensure satisfaction with the ordered product(s), please inspect the order's contents upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if a problem is encountered. Just Pasta Australia is not liable for any damage or loss of shipments being undelivered due to incorrect address information supplied. To ensure you are satisfied with the flavours and freshness of the ordered products, please remove the product from the shipping carton and store it in the refrigerator/freezer at the time of the delivery arrival. The products contain storage instructions that need to be followed. Just Pasta Australia is not responsible for improperly handling products after the recipient has received them. Shipping charges are not refundable. If refunds are accepted, they will be credited to the originating credit card.
