Long, thin strands of fresh pasta that is the most popular form of pasta in Italy if not worldwide. Pasta is made from a simple combination of durum semolina, egg and water.

Angel Hair 1.0 mm, Spaghetti 1.5 mm, Linguine 3.0mm, Fettuccine 5mm, Tagliatelle 12 mm, Pappardelle 20mm and Lasagne Sheets 21 x 23 cm and custom made sizes.
